Have fun and help support MPACT, a statewide organization
that helps special needs children receive an education that allows them to achieve their personal goals. The organization assists and offers guideance to parents of children with disabilities, and helps them navigate the education system.
MPACT also offers parent training workshops and training, and helps parents advocate for their children. They provide assistance for parents across Missouri.
The 7th annual Baby Kid Expo is set for Saturday, April 13 at
the St. Charles Convention Center. This free event is for the entire family. Parents will find the latest parenting resources from across the metro area. Exhibitors include healthcare resources, child care centers, performing arts groups, college planners, sports groups, summer camps, boutiques and more.
Join the Siteman Cancer Center for Celebrate Spot, a walk for dogs and their people in Forest Park on Oct. 14. Anyone can participate, with or without a canine friend. Participants can choose between a 5K or 1-mile walk.
After the walk, organizers have planned a variety of fun activities, including a contest for the smallest, largest, and best-dressed dogs, best dog trick, best dog jump and best owner-dog look-alikes.
Experience Scottish singing and dancing, a torchlight ceremony and "calling" of the Scottish clans, athletic events, bagpipe band competition, Highland dancing, sheepdog herding demonstrations and a parade of tartans.
Families can also enjoy Scottish foods, crafts, children's activities, and see Highland cattle and birds of prey.

Step back in time at the St. Louis Old Courthouse where you'll meet and hear stories from people who worked in the courthouse or participated in the legal wranglings of the day. Listen to period music as you gather with friends in the rotunda for light refreshments. Admission is $15 per person.

Washington University in St. Louis Baseball hosts a week-long baseball day camp in which boys and girls will learn baseball basics, play in the sun (and shade) and best of all - have FUN! With an age-appropriate curriculum and a safe environment, our college baseball coaches will show your son or daughter what it takes to be a Lil' Bear through instruction, games, wiffle ball, and – because every kid wants to get in the pool – SWIM TIME!
