The Art Fair at Laumeier is a nationally acclaimed fine
art and craft fair at Laumeier Sculpture Park, one of the world’s premier open-air museums. Over 14,000 visitors – mostly families – attend the annual event, which is held on Mother’s Day weekend.
At Art Fair, visitors can choose from a variety of creative and original works of art from 150 artists from across the country. Available for sale are works in ceramics, fiber/textiles, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography/digital, printmaking/drawing, sculpture and wood. A highly competitive juried show, the art fair receives over 700 applications, of which 150 are selected to participate. Judges award a total of $11,000 in prizes, sponsored in part by the City of Sunset Hills to those artists achieving excellence.
In addition to the artwork, food and drink from a variety of vendors is available and you'll find exciting music and entertainment throughout the weekend. A special Creation Location will be open on Saturday and Sunday with hands-on art activities for children.

Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-11. Members and children under 6 are free.

With an age-appropriate curriculum and a safe environment, our college baseball coaches will show your son or daughter what it takes to be a Lil' Bear through instruction, games, wiffle ball, and – because every kid wants to get in the pool – SWIM TIME!
