Birds are easy to see, but can be hard to identify. We will start the morning by learning how to use field guides, binoculars and even our ears to ID our fine feathered friends, then walk the 1.5-mile Trail Among the Trees to put our new skills to use! Spring migration should be in full swing, so we will have the opportunity to see many beautiful and interesting birds. Please bring binoculars for each participant and a field guide if you have them. Reservations are required. 9 to 11:30 a.m. Ages 12 and up. Free. Rockwoods Reservation.
