Relive a summer in the past at Faust Park. Day camps and families are invited to this new program designed to show how families spent their summers in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. Activities include unlimited carousel rides on the St. Louis Carousel, blacksmithing demonstrations, rope making demonstrations, candle dipping, corn husk doll making, face painting, petting zoo and pony rides. The historic village including the Alt school house will be open.
Advance registration is required by calling 314-615-7373 or 314-615-8328. Admission is $8 per child in advance or $10 per child the day of the event. Adults are free with a paid child admission.

Fazio’s Rock Academy is the summer destination for the aspiring rock star in your life! Campers attend one-week or two-week sessions (8:50 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. daily) where they form a real band, choose a band name, write their own music, pose for a photo shoot and conclude with a live concert with special guest appearances by professional rock artists! Fazio's Rock Academy is for Guitarists, Vocalists, Bassists and Keyboardists between the ages of 9-17 years.
Two sessions are offered: July 15-19; and July 22-26. Each session is $399, which includes print music and a t-shirt. Ask about a discounted rate for two-week enrollment.
