Food Allergies 101: A Night for Information and Support at St. Luke's Hospital

Join GatewayFEAST and the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America - St. Louis Chapter for a night of information and support. GatewayFEAST and the Asthma & Allergy Foundation, St. Louis Chapter, are hosting a free food allergy panel discussion and informational meeting for the St. Louis community.

Anyone suffering from food allergies as well as their families, friends, and schools, are welcome to attend. This is a great meeting for anyone suffering from food allergies, parents, childcare providers, nurses, and anyone who wishes to become more educated on this topic.

The panel of experts includes:

Jaime Capizzi, Nutritionist

Larry Doreson, Attorney -Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (504 Expert)

Dr. Manoj Warrier – Allergist & parent of food allergic child

Rep. Sue Allen – Bullying (She recently introduced a bill to the House on cyber bullying)

Dr. Laura Weinstock – Child Psychologist

Kathleen McDarby – Children’s Hospital FAME (Food Allergy Management & Education)

Craft Alliance Summer Camps

Have fun in the Summer Studios Art Camps at Craft Alliance for ages 4-18! Sculpt clay or work on a potter's wheel, make colorful glass beads or silver and copper jewelry, learn to paint and draw, discover computer arts, weave with colorful yarns and create wearable art as you learn about textiles of the world. For teens try the afternoon intensives and become a Summer Camp Intern. One-week camps begin June 4 and run through August 10.
