Pack the picnic basket, grab the kids and watch “The Muppets” on the big screen at St. Charles Community College at 8 p.m. Friday, May 4. SCC’s Student Activities will host a free “sit-in” movie on the lawn outside the Technology Building, near the orange parking lot, on SCC’s campus.
“This is a perfect opportunity to lay out the blanket, bring out the snacks and enjoy a free outdoor showing of ‘The Muppets’ with your family and friends,” said Mandi Smith, SCC student activities coordinator.
This event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and food. Free popcorn will be provided, and snacks and beverages will also be available for purchase. The rain location is the College Center Gymnasium. More information: www.stchas.edu
