Whether you need a half day to do some last minute preparations or a full-time experience during this early Winter Break period, COCA Winter Break Day Camps are structured to meet your needs and provide your child with a creative experience they won’t soon forget. COCA’s outstanding visual art, drama and dance artist-instructors have prepared some exceptional experiences for the Winter season. Due to limited enrollment, pre-registration is highly recommended. Designed for beginning level dancers and inspired by the little penguin who loves to dance, Happy Feet offers an introduction to tap and jazz for enthusiastic young students. Each day campers will warm up and explore energetic choreography in both dance forms. Campers will also participate in related visual art activities. Ages 6 to 8. 9 to 11:45 a.m. $25. Fazio’s Rock Academy is the summer destination for the aspiring rock star in your life! Campers attend one-week or two-week sessions (8:50 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. daily) where they form a real band, choose a band name, write their own music, pose for a photo shoot and conclude with a live concert with special guest appearances by professional rock artists! Fazio's Rock Academy is for Guitarists, Vocalists, Bassists and Keyboardists between the ages of 9-17 years.
Two sessions are offered: July 15-19; and July 22-26. Each session is $399, which includes print music and a t-shirt. Ask about a discounted rate for two-week enrollment.
