During the World Bird Sanctuary's family-friendly guided nature hikes, you can take a leisurely two-hour stroll through a oak hickory forest to see what kind of nature lives in the woods. An expert naturalist will lead you on your hike — where you may see birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians. Learn about trees, rocks and who knows what else! Each hike will be a new experience as the seasons change and participants encounter different creatures. Reservations are required. All ages. 9 to 11 a.m. Small nominal fee. World Bird Sanctuary.
