The season just got brighter at The Magic House thanks to a new seasonal outdoor lighting display. Children's faces are sure to light up when they see the festive white lights outlining the museum, the brilliant snowflakes shining in the night and the illusion of snow falling on the museum with the help of three innovative light projectors. Visitors can check out the new lighting display, see the museum decorated for the holidays, enjoy complimentary cookies and cocoa in the Picnic Basket Café, listen to stories with Mrs. Claus and make their very own colorful snowflake at a Snowflake Workshop. All ages. 5:30 to 9 p.m. Free with museum admission. The Magic House.

Ackermann's Swim Program has been teaching children ages 4 to 11 the life skill of swimming and water safety in Kirkwood for over 60 years. Our non-competitive, safe teaching environment builds confidence and self-esteem.
