The Hoopla About Pelvic Health: A Spirit of Women Event

Bring your mother, sister and friends to this special women's event to learn what you can do to improve pelvic health at any age - from periods and perimenopause to fibroids, incontinence, sexual health and more. Get the latest information and answers to your questions from a physician panel of experts in obstetrics, urogynecology and gastrointestinal health.

You'll also enjoy "Dessert with the Doctors" during a Q & A with leading medical experts on pelvic health, have fun learning the benefit of core muscle exercises using the Wii Fit and get a mini-makover compliments of Macy's. Light and healthy refreshments will be provided. 6 p.m. at St. Luke's Hospital Institute for Health Education, 222 South Woods Mill Road, Chesterfield. The event is free but registration is required. Craft Alliance Summer Camps

Have fun in the Summer Studios Art Camps at Craft Alliance for ages 4-18! Sculpt clay or work on a potter's wheel, make colorful glass beads or silver and copper jewelry, learn to paint and draw, discover computer arts, weave with colorful yarns and create wearable art as you learn about textiles of the world. For teens try the afternoon intensives and become a Summer Camp Intern. One-week camps begin June 4 and run through August 10.
