Kids will learn about writing and illustrating books and take part in a group book project. They'll start by reading the book It Looked Like Spilt Milk by Charles G. Shaw, and then create their own book in a similar style. Each child will make two pages, one to take home and one to leave at the library.
The pages will be put together as a book and displayed in the children's area for all to read and enjoy. Ages 5-7. Registration required. 4:30 p.m. at the St. Louis County Library, Prairie Commons Branch, Hazelwood. (Click for Map)
