Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and picnic baskets to the front lawn of the Missouri History Museum every Tuesday until June 7 for the Missouri History Museum’s Twilight Tuesday concert series. Make-and-take activities for children are offered from 6 p.m. through the end of intermission. This week’s performer is blues prodigy Marquise Knox. All ages. 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Free. Ackermann's Swim Program has been teaching children ages 4 to 11 the life skill of swimming and water safety in Kirkwood for over 60 years. Our non-competitive, safe teaching environment builds confidence and self-esteem.
Group swim lessons take place in four heated pools with different water levels for progressive, safe learning. Enroll in one-week or two-week sessions. Hours are 9:15 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, with drop off and pick up at the curb. Visit ASPKirkwood.com to download an application.
