Are you or someone you know wishing for a child?  Since one out of every five couples struggle with infertility, chances are you have witnessed the emotional devastation of infertility. Infertility and Adoption Support Inc., or IAS, provides ongoing support and information to people facing the challenges of infertility or considering the complicated process of adoption. This nonprofit organization offers a variety of free monthly support group meetings designed to help you stay emotionally healthy during the difficult times and find useful resources. A study from the Mayo Clinic looked at the benefits of joining a support group and found they help you feel less alone and find new coping skills, and they are a source of hope. Dedicated IAS volunteers share their own experiences to help you make informed decisions about your family-building options.

Established in 1983 by the Missouri General Assembly, the Children's Trust Fund is Missouri’s foundation for child abuse prevention, providing grants, education and public awareness. Funded programs focus on parent education, home visitation, research, professional training, respite care, Strengthening Families Initiative, infant nurturing, fatherhood and grandparent initiatives, school-based education and mentoring. CTF promotes Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) prevention, safe sleep practices, positive parenting, emotional child abuse and neglect prevention, and children being safe in or around vehicles. Get Your License to Care. For an annual donation of $25, the official CTF specialty license plate may be purchased for Missouri vehicles. A non-profit agency, CTF does not receive general revenue funding from the state. Funding is received from dedicated fees associated with marriage licenses and vital records, voluntary contributions designated on Missouri State Income Tax Returns, sale of the specialty plate, donations, interest income from the fund and a federal grant.
