Holiday Magic Has Arrived in St. Louis

Most of the time, it's hard to find a holiday activity that will please everyone in the family. But the St. Louis Convention and Visitor’s Commission is putting on a holiday celebration so awesome that it’s guaranteed to put a smile even on Scrooge’s face.

During St. Louis Holiday Magic, your family can shop over 90 vendors for one-of-a-kind gift items, skate on a full-size indoor ice rink and ride through America’s Center on a trackless train.

Kids of all ages will love the full-sized carnival rides. Get your photo taken with Santa, Snowflake, local celebrities and mascots. After all that hard work, stop by Schlafly’s Ski Lodge-themed beer garden for some refreshments as the kids do arts and crafts projects.

In addition to all that, three full-scale entertainment stages will make sure you never get bored. Stop by the main stage for live performances by some of the area’s best choirs, bands musicians and dancers. Local chefs will be cooking up some fun and dolling out cooking tips on the Culinary Stage. The Purina Incredible Frisbee Dog Team will be performing “Pet”Acular holiday feats.

St. Louis Holiday Magic is happening at the America’s Center in Downtown St. Louis on Friday, Dec. 3, from noon to 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 4, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 5, from noon to 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children ages 2 to 12. Children under 2 are free. Carnival rides, the trackless train and all scheduled entertainment are included in ticket prices. Ice skating and photos with Santa are an additional fee. The first 5,000 families to donate a pet item on Saturday will receive $2 off admission and a sample of Purina ONE brand pet food.
